Garissa Township MP Aden Duale now wants Amani National Congress (ANC) Party leader Musalia Mudavadi investigated over alleged multi-billion Goldenberg and Nairobi cemetery scandals.
Duale alleges that the two scandals were unearthed when Mudavadi served as National Treasury and Local Government Minister.
According to Duale, Mudavadi should be held responsible and made to account for the billions of taxpayers money that allegedly got lost in the scandals.
Speaking in Garissa Town on Friday, Duale castigated Mudavadi for questioning the Finance Bill 2018 that is now law asked the Director of a Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji and other relevant agencies to probe the former Vice President (VP).
"Mudavadi should be held responsible for the loss of the public funds when he served as Cabinet Minster for Treasury and Local Government," he said.
Duale claimed that the ANC Party leader is not 'clean'.
The Garissa Township MP said that all people named in graft scandals in previous government must be investigated.
Mudavadi has several times denied having played any role in the Goldenberg and Nairobi cemetery scandals, where taxpayers money was allegedly siphoned.
The ANC Party leader has been accusing his political detractors of using the alleged scandals to tarnish his image.
Mudavadi, a critic of the Jubilee government has slammed President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee government, accusing it of over-burdening Kenyans with taxes.
Mudavadi warns that Jubilee government will plunge the country into economic crisis through its alleged excessive borrowing from external lenders.
