Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi now says he will write in confidence to Chief Justice David Maraga on Monday about the 'rot' in the Supreme Court of Kenya.
In a fiery tweet, Mr Abdullahi, who represented former Wajir Governor Ahmed Abdullahi in gubernatorial petition, said judges of the Supreme Court took bribes from incumbent Wajir Governor Muhammad Abdi.
"On Monday i will write a confidential letter to the CJ and disclose to him which judges were bribed and how much money they got and by whom...one of the JUDGES was bribed through a member of parliament and the money taken from the Branch of a local bank in Eastleigh," he said on a tweet.
He added: "We know from reliable source in the Supreme Court that the 6 JUDGES tied at 3.3 until yesterday afternoon when Justice Ibrahim changed his mind to make it 4.2 What happened? Who lobbed Ibrahim? Why did he change at the 11th hour? Ibrahim MUST tell Kenyans what we know."
Mr Abdi survived after four judges ruled in his favour with Justices David Maraga and Isaac Lenaola sticking to Appeals Court decision that kicked out the first term governor.
Chief Justice David Maraga has remained mum despite persistent accusations of bribery on Supreme Court Judges and has rarely defended his lieutenants.
Mr Abdullahi now claims that the case is among many others that have been mutilated.
According to him, one of the judges was given cash in Karen, a week to the determination, adding that the case was set for a tie thus advantageous to his client.
