Making bread at home is a piece of cake, neither it is rocket science.

All you need to do is simply follow this procedure as highlighted on iheartnaptime.net

INGREDIENTS

Half a cup of powder milk

Quarter a cup of sugar

2 cups of warm water

Two and a half tablespoon of active dry yeast

One tablespoon of salt

One tablespoon of butter

A quarter cup of melted butter

5 to 7 cups of wheat flour

One tablespoon of shortening

PROCEDURE

In a small bowl, add yeast and sugar. Then pour warm water on the yeast mixture and leave it intact for at least 10 minute.

In another bowl, add salt, sugar, evaporated milk and melted butter then mix them. When your yeast is bubbly, add this mixture and mix them thoroughly.

Add one cup of flour at a time into the aforementioned mixture and mix. It is recommended that when you get to five cups of flour, add an equal amount of the flour until the dough becomes unsticky.

Cover the dough and the sides of the bowl with a shortening and a warm towel respectively.

Leave the dough to stand near a window for at least 1.5 hour for it to rise.

After the dough has risen, place on a floured surface followed by baking the dough for 2-3 minutes

Cut the dough into pieces and roll them out into a rectangle. Then place them in two greased bread pans so as to rise again.

After the doughs have turned into something like a loaf, remove them and place them in a oven at 325°c for 25 minutes.

After this, remove the loaves and coat them with the butter then leave them to cool.
