Many Kenyans have recently come to know of Nordin Haji, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) as a no-nonsense public servant, thanks to the ongoing fight against graft.
However, what is yet to be known of DPP Haji is his net worth.
After serving tens of years at the national intelligence service, it is estimated that his worth as at 2018 maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Hajji's income-generating businesses have not been formally been documented but according to www.vipfaq.com the current DPP is worth $562586.
The accuracy of the statistics could, however, not be verified as the site does not disclose the various businesses owned by the public prosecutor.
Looking at his background, the DPP comes from a well-off political family.
His father senator Yussuf Hajji has been in Kenya's political scenes. He has served at various capacities in the Moi and Kibaki as a powerful minister.
Under Uhuru era, Yussuf Haji is currently serving his second term as Garissa Senator.
Therefore, it can be concluded that DPP Haji could be rich but not as much as his father.
