North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko has re-affirmed his commitment to develop the constituency.
The Jubilee elected legislator argued that his political enemies who are out to tarnish his name purposely to seek political relevance in the constituency ahead of the 2022 general elections will emerge losers.
"Some individuals are out to derail my development agenda. I wish to confirm that I will not continue engaging rivals since this is not time to play politics but, serve my people. I'm sorry rivals won't succeed in 'hijacking' my development plans for the people of North Mugirango," said the MP.
Mr Nyamoko challenged his political nemesis to consider giving him support and humble time to deliver his campaign promises to the electorates.
"I don't wish to have excuses in 2022. For this reason therefore, I'm appealing to rivals to join hands with me to serve the people who elected me diligently," he added.
The vocal lawmaker urged local politicians to also embrace the historic handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his main rivals during the 2017 polls Raila Odinga.
"We must shake hands as local leaders and accept to work as a team," said Nyamoko.
