I have always been against the idea of people bleaching their skins.
Many people do this thinking by bleaching they will be beautiful or handsome. Actually, being brown is no mark for beauty.
New photos of Akothee’s daughter Rue will prove some of you wrong. She has managed to keep her dark skin, and it’s amazing. She is more beautiful than some of the brown bleached slay-queens we see around the streets.
It has be said, and it will forever remain a fact that black is beautiful. Take for instance Lupita Ny’ongo. She is trending at international levels with her dark skin. She has never thought of bleaching nor attempted bleaching.
For those men and women who like ku-toa tint, it is high time you embrace your God-given features and color.
Rue is the ambassador for the Face of Nivea brand. She secured this deal last year. Why wasn’t a brown lady picked? Well, it’s because black is beautiful and original.
