1. Sex

Regular sex with your partner could ease labour pains when the time for delivery comes.  Women can have sex up to the later stages of pregnancy to reduce pain during the labour period. Sex has been proven to trigger pain-relieving chemicals in your body hence making it easy to deliver.  Whether you have ever given birth or it is your first time to do so, regular sex will make your body associate the contracting of the uterus during labour to the pleasure you feel when getting an orgasm.

2. Cardio exercise

Women are advised to undertake cardio exercise if they want to ease pain during delivery. The women who undertake these exercise take the shortest period when it comes to pushing the baby out. Cardio exercises increase the circulation of blood to different part of the body as well as promote the release of endorphins needed for less painful delivery in the long run. The exercises include walking, riding and jogging among others.

Women who do Kegels deliver with ease. The exercises help in strengthening the muscles you'll require to push the baby. Kegel exercises can be undertaken at any time and repeated until you deliver.
