Elimination of ghost workers, cartels and streamlining of public service led to openly humiliation of Nyamira Deputy Governor Amos Nyaribo.
For at least ten minutes on Friday, Nyaribo could not mourn Governor John Nyagarama’s son as a section of the crowd heckled him as he struggled to give speech.
And the ODM deputy county boss now blames ‘cartels’ for humiliation adding that his vision to streamline the public service remains unshakable.
“There is nothing big other than cartels fighting back. They have been pushing for status quo but I remain steadfast to see these changes.
“What matters is service delivery. We shall flush out ghost workers and non-performing employees,” added Nyaribo.
For almost three months, Nyaribo was temporarily in charge following in disposing of Nyagarama in a US hospital.
Raila watched helplessly but later on warned that internal wrangles would sabotage service delivery to the people of Nyamira.
