However, being considered for an interview does not mean that you will get the job outright. It is the outcome and how you handle yourself there that will really matter.

Your prospective employer should be impressed by you. In some sense, you have to make the interview more lively by involving them. Just make sure it is more engaging.

But what do you need to do to ensure your employer is impressed at the end of it all and even consider you for employment?

Here are some of the questions you may ask at the end of the interview to have them impressed.

1. What made you pick my CV for the interview?

How you frame this question to achieve the best impact will be hard but you really need to go through it.

Depending on the perception of your interviewee, it may seem quite creepy but it is a very nice way to animate the interview. Through this, you get to brighten the mood and your future bosses get the impression of an inquisitive prospective employee which is a very sought after aspect in the modern working world.

2. What are the challenges your company faces?

If you get an answer to this, you get to have the insight of what working for the company will be like. It is a very nice way of trying to know what to expect.

3. What makes you different from your competitors?

After the interview and all the stuff is done with, you can ask what really makes your prospective employers different from the others in the same environment.

Here, you get to know the finer details of what the company is all about despite the fact that it is pegged on whether they respond to it or not. Researching on your own before an interview is important but some details may be elusive. Asking this question is where you will get them.

4. What do you enjoy most about being here?

Posing this question essentially means you are looking for the positives in the company. It is an impressive query.
