However, there are certain fish that have devastating effects that everyone needs to know. They are said to take a toll in the body. 

Here are the types of fish you should avoid at all costs:

1. Imported catfish

This fish is said to be laced with preservatives that are perilous. 

Furthermore, it is reported that they have been poisoned with antibiotics, including dangerous bacteria, Vibrio. 

They can cause abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, tiredness among others. You are therefore advised to stop eating this fish.

2. Tuna 

This fish is characterised by yellowfins and a black metallic blue body.

Tuna can also cause more harm than good to your body, and this is because they are laced with mercury.

3. Farmed salmon

This is another fish that you should never eat if at all you need to be healthy.
