Last Friday, the six were guests at Orange House where they appeared over disciplinary issues following ousting of deputy speaker Duke Omoti contrary to the party's position.

A member of the party's legal team says the six were forgiven to pave room for reconciliation and subsequent popularization of the party at its Nyamira base.

"We decided to drop charges against them since they appeared and expressed themselves. We are now focusing on other issues," said the lawyer, who spoke in confidence since the matter hasn't been made public.

They include Monica Mwamba, Damaris Mouni, Carol Mogere, Abel Mose, Duke Masira and Bogichora's George Abuga.

Mrs. Mouni is facing another disciplinary action from the party after the court established that she fraudulently acquired her nomination at the expense of Irene Nyakerario, a staunch campaigner of Raila.
