Estranged MCAs from Nyamira have yet against accused Raila Odinga of perpetuating impunity within ODM party.
Last month, the six MCAs wrote to Orange House accusing it of muzzling their constitutional freedom in the house.
And on Wednesday, the MCAs led by Abel Mose, accused ODM ddisciplinary committee of selective justice after being summoned to appear in 10/10/18.
"ODM must respect grassroot leaders. All we do is in the interest of the party.
"We had tangible reasons why we kicked out the deputy speaker and we cannot be lectured on that. Raila must rise up and condemn sycophancy," he said.
Others on the quagmire are Monica Mwamba, Carolyne Mogere, Damaris Mouni, Duke Masira and George Abuga.
Orange House has accused them of allegedly kicking out deputy speaker Duke Omoti contrary to the party's position.
And when contacted, Majority Leader Duke Masira said he will defend his conduct in the committee.
"We are representatives of the people and am not scared at all. I will appear but these dictatorial tendencies must stop."
