Controversial Lawyer Miguna Miguna has now accused former President Daniel Moi of two other pieces of land when he was in power.
The Canadian-based Kenyan lawyer said Moi's Kabarnet Gardens home in Nairobi and Kabarak High School sit on public land.
According to Miguna Moi illegally took acquired the ownership of Kabarnet Gardens as it was only assigned for Vice Presidents only, a position he served in 1967.
"After Moi was appointed Kenya's Vice-President in 1967, he moved into the Vice-President's OFFICIAL RESIDENCE at Kabarnet Gardens in Nairobi. In 1978, after he had become president and moved to State House, he did not move out of Kabarnet Gardens' residence." Miguna Miguna noted in his official Facebook page
"He had grabbed it just like he had grabbed Kabarak High School. Kenyans later spent Shs 500M to build another house for the Vice President. Kenyans must restore all the#PropertiesMoiGrabbed, " he added
This is coming barely two days after the court instructed Moi to pay Sh2.06 billion to Chelugui's family in Sugoi, Uasin Gishu County.
Moi allegedly grabbed 23 hectares of land and made the family squatters for over 27 years.
