It is over a month since a DNA test was conducted on two twins, Sharon Mathias and Melon Lutenyo, who bore a striking resemblance to each other yet the results are not out.
This in spite of media reports that the results would be out in less than two weeks after the test had been done.
The question lingering in the minds of those who followed the twins' story is what happened to the said results if they are out?
A number of scenarios could be at play here.

These are girls who have known different families for 19 years.
The results when out, could have a profound psychological impact on them.
Care has to be exercised in the manner in which the results are shared with them and that is why they had to undergo counselling sessions.
It is also possible that the results are out and the twins and their families are aware of them only that they have not been shared with the public.
