Ex-Bonchari MP Protus Kebati has condemned ODM party leader Raila Odinga for lying to opposition supporters over 'Canaan dreamsdreams'.
The ex-legislator said opposition supporters should ignore Raila because he's 'ageing and losing relevance'.
"The former Prime Minister is a traitor and I am calling on supporters across the country to ignore him.
"He is no longer fighting for poor supporters because he jumped and joined the Jubilee government," he said.
Mr. Kebati stated that if Raila can't accept to retire in 2022, opposition will not clinch presidency.
"Opposition leaders if at all they want to form government in 2022, Raila must be sent home permanently.
"His style of politics will make the opposition side lose again in the next general elections," he stated.
He accused Raila for betraying supporters when he publicly supported the additional 8 per cent VAT on petroleum products.
"His decision to support VAT was misguided. He put his interest first instead of supporters' interests," he added.
