Exercises are meant to keep the body active and also for body fitness.
They are also important to people living with HIV because they help in barring the proliferation of the viruses by suppressing them to a greater extent.

1. Eat and drink correctly
Here, you are advised to drink enough liquids after the workout so as to replenish the lost energy and fluid.
Moreover, don't nosh a big meal when you want to exercise.
Just eat foods like fruits and such. So after the exercise, you can just have a heavy meal to replace the calories and generally to keep your body healthy.
2.Exercise with weights
Try lifting some weights while exercising. It is reported that exercising with weights is one way to prevent mass multiplication of the viruses.
Doing weight lifting followed by 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise may keep your blood lipids sugar down.
3. Don't overdo it
In a layman's language, they usually say "too much of something is poisonous." So, don't overdo it because you will subject your body to a more metabolic reaction which is risky. Also, remember that you are not in good shape. Do it for at least 20 minutes and at least thrice a week.
