President Uhuru Kenyatta's speech in the United States of America has left many Kenyans talking about his command of English.
On Monday, the President stole the show during a Kenya-USA bilateral meeting with President Donald Trump, as he spoke with an American twang.
The meeting was aimed at renewing the partnership and cooperation between the two countries, Kenya and USA, on a number of things and issues, including strengthening trade and businesses as well as fighting terrorism.
"I take this opportunity to thank President Trump, first lady for welcoming us here to the White House. As President Trump has said, Kenya and the United States have had strong, solid relationships ever since our independence. We are here to renew that partnership, we're here to strengthen it. We have had very good and excellent cooperation especially in our fighting terrorism," said President Uhuru.
The video of Uhuru giving his speech elicited mixed reactions among Kiambu residents after it was shared on the United States of Kiambu Facebook group.
