A primary school teacher was on Friday evening at Kiorori area in Bombure, Tabaka ward in Kisii County caught red handed naked in a lodging with a form one girl engaging in illicit sex.
Confirming the incident area assistant chief Justine Ombiro said the suspect Tiberius Nyakundi lured the girl into a local lodging after dishing out Sh1,000 to her.
"Angry members of the public who spotted Nyakundi with the girl entering the lodging stormed the facility and forced them the suspect to open the door in vain," said the chief.
The administrator stated that angered residents broke the door of the lodging and caught the teacher naked with the girl doing sex.
"The suspect was roughed up by angry locals before he was surrendered to my office," said Ombiro.
He said the form one girl who studies at a local school produced the Sh1,000 the teacher had given her upon thorough questioning.
"Men engaging in illegal sex with school girls won't have peace in my area. I surrendered the suspect to Tabaka police post from where he will be taken to court on Monday to be charged," he noted.
