Aisha Jumwa led ODM rebels can only survive impending disciplinary actions by the party if only they resign for other parties or de-link themselves from William Ruto camp.
Last week, ODM wrote to Jumwa and Suleiman Dori, demanding answers on alleged direct attacks to Raila.
And in an interview on Tuesday, Raila said ODM legislators can mingle with Ruto but should desist from campaigning.
"Nobody has denied them chance to attend functions with Ruto. however, we are only concerned with politicking. The party is not in a campaign mood.
"If they cannot stop campaigns, then they should resign from the party. I did that in 1995 when in decamped Ford Kenya," he said.
Ms. Jumwa has been leading rebellion within ODM and has publicly backed Ruto's 2022 bid despite the party having not identified its candidate.
In June, National Assembly Minority Whipe Junet Mohammed wrote to the speaker seeking procedures of removing her from the powerful PSC committee.
