There was drama on Saturday evening at Nyandoche Ibere village, Bomorenda, Bonchari, Kisii county after a man and his lover were nabbed pants down in a toilet.
Elvis Ongoncho and Gertrude Moraa were caught in the act by a man who had gone to in the toilet to help himself.
“I went to relieve myself at Nyandoche Ibere primary toilet when I heard funny sounds emanating from the girls’ toilet. I decided to peep through only to see the man half naked with the woman having sex,” said Wilfred Mogaka.
Mogaka said he mobilised youths who were playing football at the field and forced the two to come out of the toilet.
Area local administrator Charles Mongarora said the two were given strokes of canes before they were released.
He said the man should have taken his lover to his house and not in a public toilet.
“Men should stop shaming this village by sleeping with women carelessly. Sex should be done in private areas and not public toilets or bushes,” he noted.
