Plans are underway to have minister incharge of Health Douglas Bosire to be impeached, it has emerged.
A section of MCAs led by Thaddeus Nyabaro (Ekerenyo) and Benson Sironga (Rigoma) are dissatisfied with the services in the ministry thus the decision to plot an impeachment.
"The department of health has miserably failed. We have many stalled projects and the only resolution is to kick our the person incharge," he said.
Mr. Nyabaro was even more specific when he said 'this won't go away like that'.
"He won't survive this one. Our sub county hospitals and the referral are horrible. He must go home," he said.
Until going to the press, the MCAs are said to be crafting an impeachment motion against the renowned minister.
And in a rejoinder, Bosire dismissed incompetence claims adding that the problems facing his docket are multidisciplinary in nature.
"We could be having a small problem but it touches a couple of departments. We shall sort it out."
