This comes only a day after KTN portrayed ODM as a toothless opposition party, during the Big Question show on Tuesday night.

The Suna East MP on Wednesday hit out at the media for wrongfully judging the party, adding that it was the very same that attacked ODM when it was actively in the opposition.

He recalled how the media branded the party 'saboteur' when it took its position to put the government on toes from 2013, wondering what the problem is when it decided to move aside.

"2013-2017: ODM opposes, exposes, sues, protests, etc, government policies/projects.

"Media verdict: ODM is sabotaging government. ODM bad for economy. ODM enemy of Kenya.

2017 and beyond: ODM decides to let government pursue its agenda, and support it," he tweeted.

The party has been silent on opposition matters since the March 9, 2018 truce between former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, and President Uhuru Kenyatta.

However, despite the silence and indifference to the government's initiatives, Raila has maintained that he remains the leader of the opposition.
