South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro on Tuesday opened a new tuition block at St. Fabian Makara D. O. K Primary school in his constituency.
Speaking during the event, Osoro insisted that he has prioritized education because he wants children to get proper education.
"During my campaigns in 2017 I promised to ensure education for all children. I am committed to provide conducive learning environment for all the children in South Mugirango," he said.
He challenged parents to invest in their children through education.
Osoro confirmed that he will not listen to his rivals who are out to drag him behind.
"Schools across the constituency will have a new face and be equipped with books for learners to feel comfortable when learning. Teachers should as well work hard to teach learners," he added.
The vocal MP said residents should not keep quiet whenever he goes wrong adding that he is a human being who should be corrected anytime he goes against the will of the people.
"Constituents need to also guide me on the projects we should give priority so that we move together," he added.
