John Mbadi (Suba South, ODM) at a press conference in Parliament buildings said on Wednesday that the night meetings started way back before January 30 when opposition chief Raila Odinga was sworn in as the 'people's president'.

Mbadi, who is Parliament's Minority Leader said the opposition NASA is yet to establish what the former Senate Minority Leader is up to but promised to "spill the beans" when the time comes.

Wetangula has been at loggerheads with NASA's top leadership following his removal from the Senate as Senate Minority Leader and replaced with Siaya Senator and senior lawyer James Orengo.

Wetangula squarely blames Raila for his troubles.

"Wetangula should be the last person to talk about betrayal," Mbadi who was flanked by a host of other MPs allied to NASA said.

"He is simply angry because of his removal as Senate Minority Leader. But we are with him. We are establishing details of night meetings he has been holding with a leader close to the 'tanga tanga' movement.

Tangatanga is a word associated with Deputy President William Ruto because of his frequent tours across the country.
