1. Limit "time waster" 

Time wasters include social media, friends and playing games.

2. Learn how to manage your time

Most people have imbalances due to poor management of time. 

Some spend a lot of time doing tasks that are not important. 

So, always prioritise your important tasks so that you can be able to have a work-life balance. 

3.Draw a line between home and work

This simply means establishing boundaries. 

If it is about office work, leave them at the office. 

When you are in your room, avoid making phone calls and discussing with coworkers. 

You should be discussing marital issues with your wife.
