Okebiro died on Saturday in Nairobi.

Radio fans led by Cyrus Ondanya said he will be missed a lot.

"It is a blow to us radio fans who used to enjoy listening to the good voice and comedy on radio every Monday to Friday at Ekebago show. No one will replace Okebiro because he had a personal talent which no one can possess," he said.

Ondanya added that radio fans across the Gusii region are in pain for losing a youthful comedian who had a promising future.

John Orang'i stated that Okebiro's comedy on radio will not be heard again after he went to be with the Lord.

"IHe will be dearly missed by not only his family members but also radio fans across the Gusii region," Orang'i said.

Eldanus Osamo said he loved Ekebago show where Okebiro was making jokes.

"I am not going to listen to Ekebago show on Egesa Fm because Okebiro's good voice and jokes will no longer be heard.

"I am in pain since Okebiro was a super talented radio presenter who could turn my sad moods to be jovial," said Osamo.

Elizabeth Ondoro said Okebiro used to encourage couples to shun unnecessary fights.

"Okebiro could give advise to married couple on how they should address marriage wrangles," she noted.
