"H. E Ruto, you understand that when you speak the language that a man understands, you win their mind but if you speak the man's language you win their heart! Congrats your Excellence! That was home." Gideon Omare replied on Dp Ruto's tweet
"Women are not excluded from participating in political processes, in fact, they are the majority. They're not excluded from economic participation too; we have women funds/banks and AGPO. What we have is a leadership attempting to mentor and preferentially treat women for votes", Gichuki Wachiuri added on the twitter thread.
