1.Baking soda
Baking soda helps in balancing the Ph level in the area around your vagina.
All you need is to add two spoons of baking soda to a basin of bathing water every day, and you will feel okay within a few days.
2.Drinking water
Water is life they say. Drinking a lot of water can not only remove harmful chemicals in your body but also makes the candida bacteria disappear for good.
3.Salt bath
Salt contains antibacterial properties that are responsible for soothing itchiness in the area.
Add a spoonful of salt to bathing water daily for a week, and all will be well.
4.Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has got the healing power for any skin infection.
Apply a fresh Aloe Vera gel on the affected area and leave it to dry. Do this daily for a whole week until the irritation stops.
5.Garlic
Make sure in every meal you prepare, add 2-3 cloves of garlic because it is healthy to your body and your cookie jar.

6.Yoghurt

Take a glass of drinking water and add two teaspoons of the apple cider vinegar and drink it.
