President Uhuru Kenyatta says he fears missing from making it to heaven since the road is 'bumpy and rough'.

At Murang'a during the burial of musician Joseph Kamaru, Mr. Kenyatta said he's now 'change his approach' so that he manages.

" Ruto aliniambia kama mahubiri ni kama haya nimesikia yakihubiriwa hapa, imetutia wasi wasi kidogo juu ya safari ya kwenda binguni, kwa sababu inaonekana watu wengi sana watabaki huku ," Uhuru said.

During his speech, Deputy President William Ruto explained how he was too scared following a powerful sermon by Pastor Harrison Ng'ang'a.

"I was listening to the sermon and I turned to the president, told him if this is what it takes to go to heaven, then most of us will miss out."

During the funeral, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga also emphasized the need to be truthful in all people do since the road to heaven is 'rough'.

President Uhuru warned politicians against engaging in endless politics adding that he's committed to deliver.
