At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Raila was accorded presidential reception before jetting out to New Delhi where he is expected to hold bilateral talks with Indian government on behalf of Uhuru.

Blogger Abraham Mutai took on Twitter to ridicule DP William Ruto, whose relationship with Uhuru has deteriorated lately.

"Raila will be heading to India shortly where he shall meet the PM on behalf of Uhuru. These are roles that should have been delegated to Ruto," he said.
