The Britton has revealed that he really loves his club and working as the tactician, further confirming that he has turned down numerous offers to work elsewhere.

“Look, I have had three offers in the last two months that were financially good for me to leave Gor Mahia but I rejected them. I respect contracts and I have never gone against any contract,” Kerr said as quoted by Goal.

He further added that he has no intentions of leaving the club anytime soon, not unless the club decides to fire him.

“Football is strange but I like Kenya and the people, I am here to stay until the chairperson decides he doesn't want me.”

Kerr, who joined the champions in 2016 after the departure of Brazilian Jose Marcelo Ze Maria has won two KPL titles, with Gor Mahia just a point away from reaching the quarter-finals of Caf Confederation Cup.

Fans at the club have loved his style of football, especially the fact that they are finally on the continental stage and performing well.

His next assignment will be against USM Alger in the Confederations Cup.
