Raila Odinga's ODM party has vowed to discipline an ODM politician who claimed nominations in Nyamira Assembly.
Mrs. Damaris Mouni, whose nomination has been revoked twice by lower courts, moved to Appeals Court on Tuesday.
"I have a right to be heard. I was duly nominated and I can't let it go," warned Mrs. Mouni.
So controversial has been her nomination that even the ODM party disowned her on grounds that her name was irregularly sneaked in by IEBC.
And through lawyer Edwin Sifuna, Raila has threatened with possible disciplinary actions should she fail to withdraw the cases.
"Two courts have rejected her nominations. It's either she withdraws the appeal or we take actions as the party," said Sifuna.
On Thursday last week, Nyamira High Court Judge Esther Maina ruled in favour of Irene Nyakerario as the duly nominated MCA.
Ms. Nyakerario led the popular lobby group of 'Daughters of Raila' during 2017 polls.
