Nguna said the trio failed to protect Kenyans' interests as the economic times become tougher.

The MP and other lawmakers who lost the fight to bring down President Uhuru Kenyatta's proposal on 8% fuel tax are now calling for the three to be sent home.

Nguna accused the three legislatures of colluding with the Executive to bar MPs from exercising their constitutional mandate in parliament.

The bill was passed when only 215 MPs remained in the chambers after a controversial vote undertaken by Narok Woman Representative Soipan Tuya.

The MPs are expected to resume their normal sittings in two weeks time.

The bill has continued to elicit mixed reactions from different factions.

The bill has, however, received backing from different sides including former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka who have said it will help in stirring economic development in different parts of the country.

The rise in the fuel price is among the key concerns among most Kenyans.
