“I had a dream to become a musician and I recorded my first song ‘Mapenzi sumu’ in 2011. The song didn’t do well and this forced me to look for a side hustle to enable me earn a living,” he said.

Ndogo said he was first hired by his neighbor to make bricks for him in the year 2015 and since then he has never looked back.

“I am famous in making bricks in the village. People hire me to make bricks for them due to my experience,” he said.

Ndogo added that he is not afraid of being a bricks maker and a musician since he is open to any job that comes his way.

He said he makes one brick at Sh6 meaning if he molds 10,000 bricks that's a clean Sh60,000.

The Musician urged youths to venture into self-employment to earn extra money instead of chasing office jobs that are scarce in the country.
