Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Dr Roselyn appeared to make a mockery of and pour scorn on President Uhuru's National Prayer Breakfast call.
In a Thursday retweet of a tweet by Citizen Television, Dr Akombe shared her disbelief in the sincerity of the president's call for Kenyans to put into practice what had been said at the annual event.
"If only just for a moment we would stop talking & put into practice what we have said, Kenya would be different. We love talking about it but practice? That is a bit tough" President Uhuru Kenyatta called.
Dr Akombe reacted by tweeting "Shall we start with you?"
The former IEBC commissioner ran away from the country in the lead-up to the bitterly disputed October 20 repeat presidential election that was boycotted by then ODM candidate Raila Odinga.
She claimed that her life was in danger and went on to say that the election was plagued by disunity and backstabbing.
The National Prayer Breakfast was held at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi and was graced by 3000 invited guests.
Speakers who spoke emphasised the need for unity and integrity in the conduct of state affairs.
Veteran opposition leader Raila Odinga was not present at the annual event.
