3. Stop watching too much television

Television is not recommended for your health. Individuals who watch television for many hours risk earlier death. The longer you watch television the risker your health becomes. Stay away from television if you want to live longer.

4. Avoid  negative thoughts

Negative thoughts will kill your desire to live longer. The emotional effect of negative thoughts can impact on your life. Avoid the negative thoughts if you want to stay until 80 years and over.
