Etale claims that he was in a city restaurant when he saw the MP from the balcony, and out of curiosity, called him to ask about his whereabouts.

He claims that the lawmaker who was entering a chemist claimed that he was in his constituency for a function, raising questions on his integrity.

He says that the MP, whom he last saw in June last year, even cut short their conversation after the greetings, claiming that he was busy, unaware that he was being watched.

"Yeah niko poa, kazi tu, kindly call me later kidogo niko function kwa constituency (am fine, just a bit of work, kindly call me later as I am at a function in my constituency)," he said on phone, according to Etale.

Etale is now fearing for the MPs constituents, wondering the number of lies they are having to stomach from the MP, after lying to him yet he is not one of his people.

"I was shocked. Then I asked myself, if he could lie to me and I am not his constituent, how many of his supporters try to reach him in vain? Servant leadership is what makes a leader," he wrote on his Facebook page.
