Raila Odinga's former advisor Miguna Miguna has claimed that ex-president Daniel Moi fraudulently acquired, rebuilt and rehired employees for Kabarak High School, which initially belonged to the government.
While articulating his sentiments in his official Facebook page, Miguna revealed that he schooled in the learning institution for his A-levels at the time it was managed by the national government.
The controversial lawyer further argued that Kabarak was like any other public school whereby, the government had acquired land, designed and constructed the requisite infrastructure and then hired teachers and other employees to work in the institution.
"In 1983 when I joined A-Levels, Kabarak High School was a PUBLIC SCHOOL having been built, staffed and equipped by taxpayers," read part of the post.
Miguna further disclosed one of his classmates was taught by teachers employed by the government at that time when Daniel Moi was in his first term as the Head of State.
"My classmates from Onjiko who attended Kabarak were taught by TSC teachers," argued Miguna.
The former Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful, then, narrated that the retired President later took the school in his possession.
"Moi later GRABBED it and used public resources to build, equip and staff Kabarak University as well," disclosed the lawyer.
Kabarak High School, situated in Nakuru County, is now a private school owned by the retired President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.
