Water Cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui’s personal assistant spent Sunday night at Bondeni police station after he was reportedly arrested at the Sarova Woodlands.

Police sources said Reuben Kiborek, the PA to Chelugui, has been accused of defiling his boss’ 16-year-old girl.

“The family is the complainant. But there are orders to deny media the story,” a source at the station said.

By the time of going to press, the suspect was reportedly being taken to court.
