Ahmednassir Abdullahi has said that Somali restaurants in Nairobi perform better than those owned by people from other communities because of their uniqueness.

He argued that the hotel business pays and Somalis have taken advantage of the same to make wealth without going through much hassle at the end of the day.

He revealed that the hotels offer cheap food as low as sh.250 and they are fresh. He also said that the hotels serve large portions of food, offer variety as well as create a conducive atmosphere for the clients.

The lawyer, who has been very vocal on matters of national interest, further said that the hotels are attracted customers who eat like a community and they prepared delicious team you can find elsewhere in Nairobi.

“The success of Somali restaurants in Nairobi CBD is due to cheap…Ksh 250 and above, very fresh, very large portions, communal eating 3, 4, 5 can share a plate, wide variety from Githeri to camel meat, nice atmosphere to chat/gossip and sweet Somali tea,” he tweeted on Saturday.

The hotel business has continued to thrive in various parts of Nairobi. Many Kenyans have decided to invest in this sector of the economy to earn a living in the long run.
