Mike Moses, famously known as Jacaranda in the streets of Eldoret, is the new super producer in the town.

The young and intelligent producer has left Eldoret town ablaze with his work, Malupe Dance by Sam Simpo, Undercover lover by Mimmah and Baraka za Keja by Davido Msafi which are now hitting songs in clubs and events around the town.

Speaking to Moi University's campus radio on Wednesday during a reggae show hosted by Empress Lois Lanser and General Kwaku, Jacaranda narrated his journey to music and where he has reached so far.

“I started working in studios owned by different people like Vanilla Records, Elmazuu Records, Vanish Records and Kisumu Pop city Records where I got experience to open my own recording label called Heavy Beats House Records,” he said.

His record label is based in the suburbs of Eldoret currently in Neema Building 2nd floor and looks forward to working with great artists like Pizzo Dizzo, Khaligraph Jones, Muthoni the Drummer Queen among other artists here in Kenya.

Jacaranda has done also international work with Tanzanian based artist, Pha One giving his skills in producing their audio song 'Hatuna Habari' now trending on youtube with more than 4,000 views after the video was released last year.

As they say good work never goes unrewarded, Jacaranda was crowned as the best producer of the year last year in Eldoret in the famous Curtis Awards celebrated by upcoming artists in Eldoret.

His hard work has made him start working on his Clothe line Label where he can also help the youths to earn a living by employing them to showcase their prowess in clothing and fashion designing. 

The super producer is working on a project by Rossa Ree a Tanzanian based rapper.
