Justice Jessie Lessit warned Obado from violating the condition, adding that it will force the court to cancel the bail given to him.

But the condition may after all turn out to be unreasonable, given the Governor Obado's Uriri home is barely 15 kilometers or so from Migori-Homa Bay boundary.

Assuming that he will land in Kisumu Airport while going home, just like he's used to, Obado will pass through Homa Bay County, the home of his slain girlfriend Sharon Otieno.

And should he use Kisii route to Migori, Mr. Obado, will pass through Rongo, the town where Sharon was reportedly abducted from, which is barely 10 kilometres from Migori-Homa Bay County boundary.

If this condition stands, assuming that Obado will be holding functions across his County, then he risks having his bail cancelled.

The embattled governor will return to court in May 2019 when the trial for Sharon Otieno's murder will start, a case which he has been implicated.

Among other conditions that he will have to abide by is depositing his travel documents, avoiding to mention the case in rallies and visiting Sharon's home.
