Sensational Kenyan female artist Nadia Mukami has come out to warn Kenyans against a con who has been using her name to fraud upcoming artists in the country.
In a screenshot shared on her Instagram account, Nadia urged Kenyans not to be fooled by the con who has been having conversations with underground artists and promising them fame and an opportunity to be signed under her recording label.
The con was allegedly making a deal with artists promising them that they would record for free in 2 years and earn 75 per cent of the income with 25 per cent remaining with the recording label.
However, the 'yule yule' hitmaker made it clear to upcoming artists that could have been approached by the con that she does not own a recording label.
“Scaaaaam! I do not own a record label! Not planning to own one anytime soon. Kindly do not be conned! I am not signing artists!" Nadia posted on her Instagram alongside the screenshot.
