Even though we may use these labels to check and correct our behaviours, it is harmful in the long run. 

These words are:

1.Lazy 

So many people use this word all the time when they do not seem to work. 

It is an object of scorn that shows that a person is incapable of doing anything meaningful. 

Instead, focus on what someone can do and also set goals for yourself so that it does not harm you or the other person at the end. 

2.Bored

When people are bored, it often means that they are out of touch with certain emotions, or they think they are not using the time as it should be. 

A bored person thinks about nothing but the fact that they are bored. 

When bored, one should engage in an activity that they like, and the boredom will go away. 

3.Stupid 

When you use the word stupid, you are not being kind to yourself when you make a mistake. 

Calling yourself stupid is not helpful at all, rather use it in humour since it greatly reduces the impact of the word on yourself.
