Through a series of statements on Twitter, the senior counsel claimed of corruption and bribery of judges involved in the petition.

In one tweet,  the Senior counsel reveals he will write a confidential letter to Chief Justice David Maraga informing him how bribery took place.

"On Monday I will write a confidential letter to the CJ and disclose to him which judges were bribed and how much money they got and by whom...one of the judges was bribed through a member of parliament and the money taken from the Branch of a local bank in Eastleigh," read a tweet by the Senior Counsel.

The allegations did not go well with city Lawyer Nelson Havi,  who was among a team of lawyers that defended the governor.

Through a series of tweets,  Lawyer Havi claimed SC Ahmednasir Abdullahi never accepts to lose cases by always claiming bribery allegations.

Lawyer Havi further claimed SC Ahmednasir obtained admission to the bar fraudulently by forging a signature of his Pupil Master on his Certificate of Completion of Pupillage.

In his view,  the lame excuses the senior counsel is giving originates from this faulty background as an advocate.

"Ahmednasir Abdullahi’s lame lamentations must be understood from his faulty background as an Advocate. He obtained admission to the Bar fraudulently by forging the signature of his alleged Pupil Master on his Certificate of Completion of Pupillage. He is a quack from the word go," read a tweet by Lawyer Havi.

Furthermore,  Lawyer Havi claimed the Senior counsel normally relies on his money and connections to win or frustrate cases in court.
