In a press conference at his farm in Nakuru on Tuesday, the vocal MP said that he has since drafted a letter which he has forwarded to his lawyer and is waiting for his attorney's nod to send it to the court which is based at the Hague, Netherlands.

The vocal MP accused Raila of dividing Kenyans along tribal lines, alleging that the former premier was using his supporters and allies to propagate division which might cost the nation in future elections, hence his decision to take him to the court.

"I am writing a letter, it's with my lawyer who is advising me if it has reached the threshold and I am taking it to the Hague This is for the people dividing Kenyans and who can make them have problems and one of them is Raila Odinga," said the MP.

This comes only a week after the MP vowed to also include the names of Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary-General Francis Atwoli in the list over his recent anti-Deputy President William Ruto remarks.

In a press conference on Saturday last week, the MP said that he will also forward the name of nominated MP Maina Kamanda over claims of championing for division, due to his anti-Ruto stand.
