NASA leader Raila Odinga's close ally Timothy Bosire has publicly condemned Nyamira MCAs for allegedly fighting in public because of money.
Bosire, while speaking on Friday at a funeral in Nyasiongo, Borabu in Nyamira said it was shameful for the ward reps in the county to fight instead of championing for development.
"It is a big shame that Nyamira MCAs are busy fighting on how they should share public funds as allowances while the electorates are suffering. I'm condemning Nyamira MCAs who caused a fracas at a Kisumu Five Star hotel," he said.
Bosire who doubles as ODM party treasurer, insisted that Nyamira MCAs should wake up from their deep sleep and serve the electorates.
He maintained that elected Nyamira leaders more especially MPs must not keep quiet for the county to be mismanaged.
"I am calling on our leaders to be development champions and not people engaging in wrestling because of public funds. Nyamira residents deserve development but, not fights," he added.
The former Kitutu Masaba MP said he will only support elected leaders once they will put the interests of common residents at their hearts.
The vocal politician said dismissed claims that he is suffering in the political cold.
