Comedian and radio show host Felix Odiwour, commonly known as Jalang’o, has called it quits at Hot 96 radio.
Through his Instagram, Jalang'o confirmed the departure but did not reveal his next destination.
“Last Friday was my last day at @hot96fmkenya I must say it’s been a ride and a half… 1 year 4 amazing months of hard work and delivery,” Jalang’o wrote.
In a series of Instagram posts, the comedian also thanked his co-host Jeff Koinange and other bosses at the RoyalMedia owned station.
“I want to take this special opportunity to thank The entire Family of Royal media especially The hot 96 Team. Very special mention to Fred Afune who believed in me and assured me that this will work even when no one believed,” he wrote.
It is speculated that Jalang'o is set to join Milele FM where he will reunite with Alex Mwakideu who quit Radio Maisha recently.
The two were breakfast show hosts at Radio Maisha.
