On December 27, 2016, photos of a man believed to have been former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile with an unidentified woman surfaced online.
In the photo, Ndile was seen sleeping while the woman was staring at the camera as if she was shooting some Hollywood movie in California.
The former lawmaker later came out and laughed at the photo that was doing rounds on social media platforms.
Ndile claimed someone with ill motives had photoshopped him.
The former Tip Tip party leader said he has never been in such a compromising position as alleged on the photo which everyone was excited to see online.
Ndile said the guru had only taken his head and used it to lie to Kenyans.
"They photoshopped to include my head just like it has been the case for many other politicians," Ndile said.

He added that the persons behind the photo wanted to taint his reputation, which he said he won’t allow at all
“These are people who just want to malign my name and image in the society,” he added.
Ndile contested for the Mavoko Parliamentary seat in 2017 election but he was floored following the tight competition.
It remains unclear what he is planning ahead of 2022 polls.
