Steve Arika said police should move with speed to ensure the killers of Vincent Aenche Getenga are brought to book.

"We won't continue losing people who are supposed to be future leaders. Those who killed Aenche must be arrested to face the law or else the public to hunt down the killers and lynch them," he said.

Arika regretted that Aenche's death came at the same time residents of Ibeno are mourning the death of Samuel Ragira alias 'OCS' Ragira who was shot dead in Nairobi last week Thursday.

"Aenche and Ragira hails from the same area and died yet it was not their time. Police need to act speedily and ensure justice is served to the families," he noted.

The vocal politician appealed to youths who are enrolled in various colleges in Kisii to be more vigilant so that they don't get killed.

"It seems some individuals are targeting to kill college students. I'm appealing to students to be more cautions and take care of their lives," he added.
